A deeper commitment.
A process built around you.
Dedicated time to explore how your body moves, work through patterns, and build on what changes—through muscle activation, stabilization and individualized neuromuscular training.
The approach
What if the way you move today includes strategies your body has learned over time? FAST explores how those strategies interact, and whether a change in one area invites us to revisit another.
John combines Muscle Activation Techniques with individualized neuromuscular training. The work moves between assessment, activation, stabilization and practice. Each step informs the next; progression follows your response.
The aim is to build coordination, control and confidence in the movements that matter to you. “Unwinding” describes this process of revisiting and retraining movement patterns over time.
Assess muscular contribution and movement, work with the findings, and retest to understand your response.
Practise control and revisit areas that need attention. A later pattern may lead us back to an earlier one.
Reinforce developing skills through neuromuscular training matched to your goals and current capacity.
Private travel engagements
One week or longer, arranged around the person and the work.
John can travel to work with selected clients, creating a focused period for assessment, hands-on work, movement practice and reassessment. The proposed location, dates, workspace and travel arrangements are discussed before an engagement is confirmed.
An initial week offers time to begin the process. Longer engagements allow room to revisit patterns and develop the practice around them. Duration and session frequency are agreed individually.
Acceptance follows a personal conversation and suitability review, including assessment and response to early work. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to an engagement.
The commitment behind the work
FAST can be demanding. It asks for concentration, practice, honest feedback and space to recover. A fuller schedule is only useful when it matches what you can sustain.
Your starting capacity helps shape the pace, session length and amount of training.
The plan needs to fit your available time, recovery needs and responsibilities outside sessions.
For engagements extending beyond 30 days, the work may become more involved as patterns are revisited and training develops. There is no fixed 30-day turning point; your response guides the plan.
By individual invitation
FAST is an exclusive pathway for clients prepared to make room for sustained, one-to-one work. John considers your goals, readiness, available time and response—not just your interest in booking.
Progress can vary, and the plan may need to pause or change. More effort is not automatically better. No particular outcome or completion timeline is promised.
